Intensive Couple and Family Retreats

Intensive Family and Couples Retreats
Reconnect, Heal, and Grow Together
An immersive retreat for couples and families seeking deeper connection

Who the Retreat Is For
Our Intensive Retreats are designed for couples and families seeking deeper connection and repair.

Couples: Those who are struggling with communication, questioning their connection, or wanting to strengthen and deepen their relationship.

Families: Those with adult children experiencing estrangement, or blended families navigating complex dynamics.

These retreats are ideal for adults who are committed to engaging fully, being present, and actively participating in the process of relational healing. Some experience of therapy can be helpful but is not required.
Participants often come with challenges such as communication breakdowns, relational ruptures, disconnection, or the added complexity of neurodivergent differences.

Please note: These retreats are for adults only.

What the Retreat Offers
Our Intensive Retreats span 2 to 5 days, offering a fully immersive experience designed to deepen connection, repair relational ruptures, and foster personal growth.
Participants will engage in a blend of formats, including:
-
Group sessions that explore communication, connection, and relational patterns
-
One-to-one sessions for more focused, personal work
-
Supervised and unsupervised exercises and activities to practice new ways of relating
-
Mindfulness and reflective practices to support presence and self-awareness

Accommodation will be arranged according to group size and can be tailored to fit different budgets, creating a comfortable and supportive environment.
By the end of the retreat, participants often report feeling:
-
More skilled in communication and relational awareness
-
A stronger sense of connection and understanding with their loved ones
-
Personal growth and insight that can be carried into daily life

Why Choose This Retreat
Our retreats are grounded in Gestalt therapy, a relational and experiential approach that emphasizes presence, awareness, and authentic connection. Gestalt work is particularly effective for couples and families because it:
-
Encourages direct, honest communication
-
Highlights relational patterns and dynamics in real time
-
Supports mutual understanding and repair after disconnection or conflict
-
Fosters self-awareness and personal growth within the relational field

We are guided by core values that shape every aspect of the retreat:
-
Connection: Creating space for authentic, meaningful engagement
-
Healing: Supporting participants to process relational ruptures and challenges
-
Growth: Encouraging personal insight and relational development
-
Safety: Maintaining a nurturing and contained environment for all
-
Authenticity: Inviting participants to show up as they are

This approach creates a transformative, immersive experience where couples and families can reconnect, rebuild, and deepen their relationships.
